If you are requesting account deletion, include "Delete my account" in the subject line. You can also sign in at app.meettally.io/login before contacting us so we can verify and complete the request faster.
Once we confirm your request, we begin the account deletion workflow and complete deletion or pseudonymization steps within the timelines required by applicable law.
10. Children's privacy
Tally is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
